Easter egg hunt with friends!

Juliet LOVED the idea of running around picking up pink and purple eggs full of candy and treats. I can't blame her ;)

Fredericksburg, TX

Last Tuesday Micah had the day off so we headed north-west to Fredericksburg to eat, shop, and hike at Enchanted Rock State Park.  We had a great day eating German food, picking strawberries at a local farm, and Juliet did a great job hiking up the huge rock!

It's pool season in Texas!

Micah beat lymphoma four years ago.  We celebrated with a party because THAT is something worth celebrating!!!

St Patrick's Day Party

We have found a really awesome community of friends here in San Antonio, and for that we are so thankful!  We are always coming up with excuses to get together. Our most recent excuse was St. Patrick's Day. We had a pot-luck that included anything from "Irish" to green to mint-flavored to "rainbow" food.  There were also Black and Greens ("tans" with food coloring!). 

NC and VA visit

Juliet was once again spoiled by a visit with grandparents and great-grandparents.  She is asleep and detoxing from all the attention as I write and it is only 6pm!
