One Year!

Micah,  It's been one year.  We moved, twice, not to mentioned we lived in the same state together for the first time in our lives.  You did school, twice; we both started new jobs; we did Utah, North Carolina, the Domincan Rebuplic, and many cities in Texas; I got you into long-distance running and you [tried] to get me into weigh-lifting; we found a new church community, made new friends, and planted our first garden.  What a year! Our second year is already looking a little, um, crazy with Utah, Alaska, Mexico, North Carolina, a deployment, and a baby already on the list, but marrying you I should have expected nothing less!!!!  To many more years of adventures, mi amorcito!

Eating our saved wedding cake!  It was still really yummy after a year and lots of moving!

He's a good sport!

Air Assault School

I still don't really feel like I can explain what exactly Micah did at Air Assault School or why he went, but I do know it is a coveted award to have pinned to your uniform in the Army. I also know during this school Micah began his days at 3:30 am with some serious PT, lots of yelling, repelling, and memorization of everything helicopter.  I also know that everyone who went to this school had to try out before even being accepted to the school and yet only 70-something of the 130 who began the school remained at the end. So, way to go, Micah! We are impressed!

Cici's Pizza

Took her to my old stomping grounds!
She was a fan :)

She asked me to take her picture :)))

San Antonio zoo

We spent a day at the zoo with both my good friends and Juliet's best buddies (all of their birthdays are within three months!).  I am SO thankful for this group of ladies from our church AND that we all have two year old girls who are such good friends too!

Visit from Leah and Isaac!!!

Happy Easter!

Leah and Isaac came to visit recently and we had such a good time I think this is the only picture I took... Maybe I'll steal some from Leah to add to this post. We had such a good time and are so thankful they made the trip out to SEE where we live and what we do :)

Here are some of Leah's photos:
